Your acceptance of this Policy is subject to the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Site and by accepting this Policy, you agree to be bound by them.

The provision of mandatory personal data is voluntary in order to access the content of the Site.

In certain cases, the processing of users' personal data may be carried out on another legal basis, such as compliance with legal obligations on our part; necessity for the performance of a contract, etc. In these cases, your explicit consent to the processing of personal data may not be necessary.

In view of the possible changes in the field of personal data, the Controller takes the necessary actions to update this Policy, in view of which users should periodically inform themselves about the changes in this document on the website of the Site.

1. Personal Data Controller

The controller shall determine the purposes and means of the processing of personal data.

Processing of personal data is an activity that takes place in relation to personal data, including storage, use, recording, organisation, adaptation, transmission, disclosure, combination, erasure, etc.

The Controller shall process the personal data of the users in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness and transparency, based on the conditions set out in this Policy.

2. Types of Data Subjects, Categories of Data Processed, Purposes of Processing, Storage Period.

The controller shall subdivide two categories of personal data subjects - 1. Site Visitors and 2. Registered translators. Depending on the category of data subject - this document specifies the relevant volume of data that is collected and processed for the specific purposes and grounds stated, as well as the time limits for their storage.

 

2.1. Data that can be collected automatically for all categories of persons mentioned above.

In respect of all users (unregistered visitors and registered translators), the following categories of personal data are collected and processed automatically in certain cases:

  • -  IP address. When you visit the Site, our web server automatically recognizes and collects your IP address, which is assigned by your Internet service provider and does not personally identify you;

  • -  Summary information. The browser you use when you visit the Site (e.g., Google Chrome, Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox, etc.); the amount of time you have spent on the Site and which pages on the Site you have visited;

- Cookies. We use cookies to offer you relevant information and a better and more personalised service when you visit our website, enabling you to find what you are looking for more easily. The cookies our website uses allow us to navigate your preferences, which in itself does not constitute the disclosure of personally identifiable information. More information about this can be found in our Cookie Policy set out later in the contents of this document.

2.2. Data collected by user category.

2.2.1. Visitors .

A visitor is any person who loads the Site in their web browser and does not take action to register an account on the Site.

Categories of data processed: location data indicated by the visitor; country/city data based on the IP address of the user's device, an integral part of the information received by each website; information about the actions performed by the subject on the Site; information about the type of browser/device used.

Purposes of processing: to provide basic and auxiliary functions necessary for the correct and full functioning of the Site.

Retention period: any information about visitors is stored temporarily until they have loaded the Site content onto their device.

Legal basis for the processing: information which, independently of the data subject's will, is provided by his or her device by default.

2.2.2. Registered translators

A registered translator is any person over the age of 18 who has registered on the Site, resulting in the successful creation of an account. With respect to these categories of persons, the Administrator expressly draws attention to the fact that it does not provide through the Site the transmission of information and is not responsible for the content of the information retrieved by:

initiating the transmission/retrieval of such information; not selecting the recipient of the transmitted/retrieved information; and not selecting or modifying the transmitted/retrieved information.

Mandatory data to be collected for registered translators:In addition to the above personal data collected for all categories of subjects under this policy, the Controller requires.

Optional data to be collected for registered users: professional qualifications, photo, logo, trademark.

Purposes of the processing: provision of an information society service - the Website, enabling the user to find the approximate location, without the possibility of directions (navigation) to the interpreter sought by the user, with the indication of the contacts for contacting him and the possibility of hiring the interpreter to perform the interpretation.

Storage period: until receipt of a request in free form for deletion of the registered account by the translator to the following email: admin@inter-dc.com, as well as in cases of unilateral removal of the account by the Administrator in the system of the Site in the presence of certain prerequisites described in the General Terms and Conditions (integral part and applicable together with this Privacy Policy). The Data Controller shall ensure an appropriate adequate level of security of personal data, including protection against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage, by implementing appropriate technical or organisational measures.

Legal basis for processing: for mandatory personal data - the General Terms and Conditions of Use of the Site (the performance of a contract with the data subject) and the legitimate interests of the Controller or of third parties (in accordance with the above purposes in accordance with national and supranational legislation). For optional personal data - the consent of registered users (provided at their request).

In certain circumstances, the Controller could use your personal data to protect its rights and legitimate interests as well as the rights and legitimate interests of third parties, for example in the event of litigation or out-of-court dispute.

3. Access to and protection of your personal data

We provide access to your personal information:

  • -  Our employees under an employment contract or employees under a civil contract engaged in work on the Site;

  • -  Persons providing hosting services (servers) for our Website and other technical services for the maintenance of our systems (including their employees and subcontractors), for which purpose we have entered into the necessary contract with the data processor under the current regulations;

  • -  Professional consultants (lawyers, accountants, etc.) as necessary to implement and protect our rights and legal interests;

- State authorities, at their request, in connection with the exercise of their public powers conferred on them by Bulgarian law, as well as when taking action to protect our rights and legitimate interests.

To ensure the security of our Site, the personal data you provide to us is protected by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) / TLS (Transport Layer Security) technology, a method of encrypting personal data. The password you provide when registering on our Site is encrypted to ensure protection against unauthorized access to your personal data.

In addition to the foregoing, the Controller shall implement appropriate technical and organizational measures such as, but not limited to: the resilience of the Site's system; the ability to promptly restore the availability of and access to personal data in the event of a physical or technical incident; the ability to train its employees by enrolling them in a data protection course.

In certain cases, even if the use of your personal data has been discontinued due to the deletion of your account by the Controller, we may retain an archive of your personal data, to the extent necessary to protect our rights and legitimate interests, for a period until the expiration of limitation periods provided for in applicable law. Generally, these periods are 5 years, but may be shorter or longer in certain circumstances.

4. Rights of persons falling within all categories of data subjects
Right of access. You have the right to ask us to confirm whether we are processing your personal

data and, if so, to obtain that data and further information;

Right to rectification. If you find that your personal data that we process is incomplete or inaccurate, you may request its correction or completion.

Right to erasure (right to be forgotten). You can ask us to delete all personal data about you.

Right to restriction of processing. In certain circumstances - such as if you doubt the accuracy of your personal data or have objected to our legitimate purpose for processing your personal data, you may request that we restrict the processing of your personal data, in which case active use of the data should cease, but without the data being permanently deleted/destroyed.

Right to data portability. Where we process your personal data on the basis of your consent or on a contractual basis and the processing of your personal data is carried out in an automated manner, you have the right to receive the personal data you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transfer it to another controller or to request that we transfer it to another controller.

Right to object. In certain circumstances - such as if you doubt our legitimate interest in processing your personal data, you could object to the processing of your personal data on grounds relating to your particular situation, to such processing where we are carrying out that activity on the grounds of legitimate interest or in the performance of a task carried out in the public interest.

You can exercise the above rights by submitting an application that meets the requirements of the Data Protection Act. More information on the content and conditions under which you can exercise

If you believe that we are violating your rights in relation to the protection of your personal data, you have the right to file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in the Republic of Bulgaria - the Commission for Personal Data Protection, or with the court.

Regulation 2016/679, the Personal Data Protection Act and other relevant legislation shall apply to all matters not covered by this Privacy Policy.

COOKIE POLICY

Cookies are a small amount of information that a web server sends to a web browser, allowing the server to collect feedback from the browser. They are stored on your end device (such as a computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone). Usually their purpose is to enable us to identify your device and its behaviour when you visit our Site. Cookies also make your experience on our websites more secure and faster by remembering and sending information about your preferences -for example, your registration details and language.

 

This Cookie Policy applies only to visitors and registered translators of the Site, once they have logged in to their account and given their explicit consent to accept this Cookie Policy by confirming a displayed system message to that effect.

The legal basis on which cookies are collected is the provision of the information society service referred to above - the Site.
